Job summary

Vaco by Highspring in San Francisco is seeking a Regional HR Business Partner to support a large, multi-location field operation. This is a 100% onsite role with 30% regional travel, partnering with corporate leadership and on-site teams to execute HR strategy.

You will provide daily HR support, manage employee relations, onboarding, benefits, and compliance, and drive data-driven initiatives across up to 1,000 hourly employees.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 5 years HR Generalist/HRBP experience with measurable impact.
• Experience working with unionized employee groups.
• Willingness to travel 30% regionally.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR support to field locations and managers.
• Support HR programs for up to 1000 employees across multiple sites.
• Ensure HR compliance, handle inquiries, onboarding, benefits, investigations.
• Lead HR initiatives and rollout of new platforms.
