Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, psychology or HR management with at least 8 years of HR experience.
• Knowledge of employee relations, performance management, compensation, organizational development, and laws.
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration with business leaders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business unit leadership to develop and drive the HR agenda within the business unit.
• Provide daily HR guidance to all levels of employees and management within the business unit.
• Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances.
• Guide and support managers through performance management, succession planning, restructuring, budgeting, pay adjustments, reductions in force, and workforce planning.
• Analyze and report on HR metrics and recommend HR strategies and policies.
• Support managers in organizational design, job descriptions, and market pricing for new jobs.
• Identify training opportunities and collaborate with internal teams on training solutions.
• Collaborate with recruiting, benefits, employee experience, and compensation to support initiatives within the business unit.
