Job summary

ADM is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager (HRM) to serve as a hands-on HR business partner for ADM’s Ag Services & Oilseeds organization across North America. Based in Decatur, IL, you will collaborate with leaders to strengthen leadership capability, build talent pipelines, and improve organizational effectiveness.

The role partners with on-site Decatur colleagues, supporting employee relations, workforce actions, and leadership needs while providing local HR presence.

Qualifications

• Strong HR business partnering skills and business acumen.
• Experience across core HR disciplines including talent management, succession planning, performance management, employee relations, workforce planning, and compensation.
• Ability to operate as a strategic partner and hands-on HR practitioner.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as HR business partner for AS&O leaders, translating business needs into people plans.
• Lead talent review and succession planning with critical roles and high-potential talent.
• Support organizational design, change management, and workforce effectiveness initiatives.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, performance, and confidential colleague matters.
• Support leadership development, onboarding, and development programs.
