Sammons Financial Group Companies in Sioux Falls, SD, is seeking an HR Business Partner Advisor to serve as a trusted advisor to managers and leaders, independently handling HR matters and guiding assigned business areas.

You will apply advanced HR knowledge to address employee relations, workforce challenges, and organizational needs while partnering with Leadership to drive workforce planning and compliance with employment laws.

Responsibilities

• Support change management and organizational initiatives.
• Analyze workforce data and trends to inform recommendations.
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Expertise to deliver integrated HR solutions.
• Coach and mentor junior team members.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, business administration, or a related field Preferred
• 5–8 years of experience in HR Business Partner or HR generalist roles Preferred
• Advanced knowledge of HR practices and employment laws
• Strong consulting, judgment, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage sensitive matters independently
• Strong communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills
• Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor others

Salary Range Information

USD $68,462.00 - USD $128,365.00 /Yr.

Range includes data points from multiple labor markets. Specific range is dependent on the labor market where the incumbent will be hired to perform the position. Starting salary is dependent on candidate qualifications and experience. For a narrower salary range specific to your labor market, please inquire.
