Job summary

The Aetna Group seeks an experienced HR Business Partner for the USA HR Department to support Robopac USA and its brands. You will act as a trusted adviser to senior leaders, shaping people strategies and aligning HR processes with business goals in a complex manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities include workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, performance management, and HR analytics.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field.
• Extensive experience as HR Business Partner or HR Manager in strategic roles.
• Strong ability to partner with and influence senior leadership.
• Solid knowledge of labor law, employee relations, and HR best practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic HR guidance to senior leaders on organizational, people management, performance, engagement, and employment-related matters.
• Lead workforce planning, talent strategies, change management, and restructuring initiatives.
• Drive HR process standardization, optimization, and implementation of policies and best practices.
• Lead projects in talent management, performance management, succession planning, and employer branding.
• Foster leadership development and organization-wide culture through competency frameworks.
