Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of progressive Human Resources experience, preferably in a distribution, manufacturing, logistics, or similar operations.
• Spanish language proficiency preferred.
• Workday experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR programs and initiatives for the Distribution Center, aligning with business goals.
• Partner with local leadership to drive change management and employee engagement.
• Lead talent management, performance, succession planning, and employee development initiatives.
• Oversee compensation, recognition, and reward programs to support a high-performance culture.
• Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion and ensure compliance with employment laws.
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to execute HR processes locally.
