Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires HR generalist experience with multiple HR disciplines.
• Demonstrated employee relations experience and understanding of recruitment, training, and compensation theory.
• Experience advising management and driving HR initiatives across complex organizations.
• Ability topartner with CoEs and build integrated HR solutions.
• Strong communication and leadership coaching capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Align business objectives with employees and management in designated departments.
• Serve as a consultant on employee relations, performance management, and policy application.
• Provide guidance on labor relations and compliance with collective bargaining agreements.
