Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Minimum of 8 years’ relevant HR experience.
• Experience advising and coaching managers on performance management and employee relations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR partner for Harvard College, aligning people strategies with goals.
• Provide guidance on workforce planning, organizational design, and talent development.
• Support change management during reorganizations and new initiatives.
• Use HR data to inform decisions and monitor progress.
