Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive HR Business Partner experience.
• Experience advising senior leaders on workforce priorities and transformation.
• Experience using AI, automation, and data analytics to shape scalable talent solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
• Strong project management, communication, and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic talent initiatives for a multi-site enterprise IT program.
• Use AI- and technology-driven insights for people strategies that improve performance and engagement.
• Serve as trusted advisor to senior leaders on workforce planning and organizational design.
• Oversee onboarding, engagement, retention, and employee experience across locations.
• Translate business requirements into talent strategies using data and analytics.
• Support performance management, compensation reviews, and analytics with precision.
