Job summary

TelevisaUnivision seeks an HR Business Partner to execute HR strategies for the Ad Sales team, driving talent development and a competitive culture. You will partner with HR ecosystems to deliver sound advice and timely counseling across the organization.

You thrive in high-velocity environments, solving people problems with a pragmatic, roll-up-your-sleeves approach while building trusted relationships at all levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal.
• Analytical skills with ability to interpret data and trends.
• Strong organizational, motivational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities with grace and efficiency.
• Experience with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Workday a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HRBP team and sales leadership on strategic initiatives.
• Provide consultative HR solutions to priorities and clients.
• Analyze data and present findings to influence decisions.
• Support organizational design, change management, and culture initiatives.
• Collaborate with HR leaders and employees to improve relationships and productivity.
• Own HR processes and programs within the Ad Sales HR ecosystem.
