Job summary

TelevisaUnivision in New York City seeks a Human Resources Business Partner to execute HR strategies for the Ad Sales team, building a competitive people culture and guiding talent development.

You will partner with HR and Sales leaders on talent matters, including organizational design, performance management, and conflict resolution, applying a pragmatic, roll-up-your-sleeves approach in a high-volume, dynamic setting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a high-traffic, high-touch HR role
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in HR/BA
• Ability to interact with all levels in a multicultural environment

Responsibilities

• Partner with HRBP team and sales leadership on strategic initiatives
• Provide consultative HR solutions and anticipate priorities
• Analyze data and present insights to influence decisions
• Assist with organizational design and change management
• Improve work relationships, morale, and retention
• Manage HR processes within the Ad Sales HR ecosystem
