Job summary

Jobtailor in Connecticut is seeking an HR professional to support the HR team and drive organization-wide initiatives. You will lead HR projects, partner with business units, and operationalize core HR processes to enhance governance of role architecture.

You will also develop executive-ready materials, support visa cases with immigration counsel, and collaborate with COEs to deliver integrated HR solutions while upholding company values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of HR experience preferred.
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
• Strong assessment and analytical skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Detail-oriented with focus on accuracy and data integrity.
• Solid understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with HRIS systems (ideally Workday).

• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to deliver integrated solutions.
