Ecolab seeks an HR Business Partner to advise people leaders, coach managers, and drive engagement across client groups. You will partner with COEs, Shared Services, and Legal to deliver compliant HR solutions while shaping a culture that enables growth and great employee experiences.

This role emphasizes data-driven insights, enterprise program implementation, and strategic HR partnerships across business units in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
• 5 years of progressive HR experience, including HR business partner, employee relations, or manager coaching experience
• Demonstrated ability to advise leaders, resolve complex people matters, and balance employee experience with business needs
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to use data and insights to inform recommendations and improve outcomes
• No immigration sponsorship available for this position

Responsibilities

• Coach and advise managers on performance, development, engagement, employee relations, and workforce decisions
• Use data, insights, and sound HR judgment to help leaders build high-performing teams and address emerging talent needs
• Support implementation of enterprise HR programs and COE-led processes across your client groups
• Partner with Strategic HR Partners, COEs, Shared Services, Legal, and business leaders to deliver consistent, compliant, and practical HR solutions
• Lead and resolve complex employee relations matters with care, speed, and appropriate partnership
• Support performance management, development planning, talent movement, and localized talent initiatives
• Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and improve HR processes and the employee experience
• Foster a positive work environment that supports engagement, well-being, inclusion, and Ecolab’s culture
• Help managers and associates embrace new ways of working and navigate change effectively
• Ensure HR practices align with Ecolab policies and applicable legal, safety, and regulatory requirements
• Additional duties as assigned
