McWane Ductile New Jersey is seeking an HR Operations & Talent Coordinator to support full-cycle recruitment, payroll and HRIS coordination, and learning and development initiatives. You will partner with managers to ensure data integrity, training compliance, and a positive workplace culture.

The role requires 3-5+ years of HR experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with HRIS, payroll, applicant tracking, and LMS systems.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 3-5+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Experience in recruiting, HRIS administration, payroll coordination, and employee development programs.
• Strong analytical skills with HR metrics reporting.
• Proficiency with HRIS, payroll, applicant tracking, and LMS.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for operations and support functions.
• Coordinate candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding activities.
• Maintain applicant tracking data and recruitment metrics.
• Support payroll and timekeeping discrepancies with Payroll and operational leadership.
• Maintain HRIS records and ensure data integrity across HR systems.
• Generate workforce metrics and reports related to staffing, turnover, attendance, training, and other key HR indicators.
• Support compliance with company policies, payroll practices, and applicable employment regulations.
