Job summary

McWane Ductile New Jersey is seeking an HR Operations & Talent Partner to manage full-cycle recruitment, payroll and HRIS coordination, learning and development support, and employee engagement initiatives. This role partners with managers to optimize workforce processes and ensure data integrity.

Based in New Jersey, the position supports operations and is instrumental in maintaining compliant HR practices, while driving workforce planning and reporting to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred
• 3–5+ years of progressive HR experience
• Experience in recruiting, HRIS administration, payroll coordination, and employee development programs
• Strong analytical skills with experience reporting on HR metrics and workforce data
• Proficiency with HRIS, payroll, applicant tracking, and learning management systems

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for operations and support functions
• Coordinate payroll and timekeeping discrepancies with Payroll
• Maintain HRIS records and data integrity across HR systems
• Generate workforce metrics and reports related to staffing, turnover, attendance, training, and other HR indicators
• Support compliance with company policies, payroll practices, and applicable employment regulations
