Job summary

McWane Ductile New Jersey is seeking an HR Operations & Talent Partner to support full-cycle recruitment, payroll, HRIS coordination, and learning initiatives across our operations. This role partners with managers to ensure data accuracy, compliance, and a positive workplace culture in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will drive workforce planning, onboarding, and training programs while maintaining HR data integrity and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 3–5+ years HR experience including recruiting, payroll, and HRIS.
• Experience with applicant tracking, payroll, LMS.
• Strong analytical and data reporting skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for operations and support roles.
• Partner with managers to identify staffing needs.
• Coordinate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Maintain HR data accuracy across systems.
• Provide payroll, onboarding, and training support.
• Generate HR metrics and reports for leadership.
