Job summary

OmniOn Power seeks a Senior Manager, HR Operations and Shared Services to lead HR operational functions across payroll, compensation, benefits, L&D, and HRIS. Located at the HQ in Plano, TX, you will partner with Finance, Legal, and business leaders to drive process excellence and analytics.

The role reports to the VP of HR and requires a track record of driving efficiency, policy development, and stakeholder alignment in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in HR, Business, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive HR experience with leadership responsibilities in HR operations.
• Experience overseeing payroll, compensation, benefits, HRIS, or shared services.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, payroll regulations and compliance.
• Experience managing HR systems such as Workday, SuccessFactors, UKG or Oracle HCM.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR operations to ensure efficient service delivery across the employee lifecycle.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and standards for consistency and compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance employee experience and efficiency.
• Establish KPIs, SLAs, and operational metrics to monitor performance.
• Manage and develop HR professionals with coaching and career growth.
