Job summary

OmniOn Power, a leader in critical power solutions, seeks an HR Business Partner for SG&A at our HQ in Plano, TX. You will partner with business leaders, drive full-cycle recruiting for essential roles, and provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and investigations.

This role balances strategic HR with hands-on execution in a dispersed field-based organization. You will report to the HR Director of SG&A and collaborate with Legal, Compensation, Benefits, and Talent

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, labor relations, business or related field.
• Five+ years HR generalist/ business partner experience.
• Hands-on full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience advising managers on corrective actions and investigations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary HR partner for leaders and employees across field operations.
• Own full-cycle recruiting for hourly, skilled-trades, technical roles.
• Guide performance management and corrective actions per policy and law.
• Coach managers on communication, attendance and expectations.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Benefits, Legal for coordinated support.
• Lead annual HR processes: reviews, talent, compensation and planning.
• Maintain confidential HR data and documentation, ensure accuracy.
