Job summary

Stryker Corporation is seeking a Senior Manager of HR Operations and Shared Services to lead payroll, compensation, benefits, L&D, and HRIS. Located at the OmniOn Power’s HQ in Plano, TX, the role partners with HR Leadership, Finance, Legal, and business leaders to drive process excellence and data-driven decisions.

The ideal candidate brings 8+ years in HR operations, strong leadership, and extensive experience with major HR systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
8+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership in HR operations.
Experience overseeing payroll, compensation, benefits, HRIS, and/or shared services functions.
Strong knowledge of employment laws, payroll regulations, and HR compliance requirements.
Experience managing HR systems such as Workday, SuccessFactors, UKG, Oracle HCM, or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

HR Operations Leadership: lead HR operational functions and maintain service delivery across the employee lifecycle.
Payroll Administration: oversee end-to-end payroll operations and ensure regulatory compliance.
Compensation Management: lead salary structures, market pricing, merit planning, and pay equity initiatives.
Benefits Administration: manage health, retirement, wellness, leave, and employee assistance programs.
Learning & Development: oversee programs to develop leadership and organizational capabilities.
HRIS and HR Technology: lead HRIS strategy, configurations, integrations, and data integrity.
Compliance and Risk Management: ensure adherence to employment laws and regulatory requirements.
