Role oversees HR programs, drives continuous improvement, and ensures high-quality service delivery across METUS while aligning with federal and state laws. Travel up to 25% may be required.

• Manages employee relations and performance discussions at leadership level.

Responsibilities

• Primary HRBP for Integrated Growth Teams (Sales, Marketing, Product).
• Oversees investigations, coaching, and documentation to mitigate risk.
• Guides annual goal setting, performance reviews, and competency frameworks.
• Maintains accurate job descriptions and supports job evaluation with Talent Team.
• Ensures adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws.
