Job summary

Mitsubishi Electric Trane HVAC US LLC in Suwanee, GA seeks a Sr Manager, Human Resources Operations to lead HR operational excellence, policy governance, compliance, and HR business partnership for designated functions including the Integrated Growth Teams.

The role drives process improvements and ensures high-quality HR service delivery across METUS while leading the HRBP team, talent collaboration, and strategic advisory to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; MBA or higher preferred.
• PHR or SPHR certification preferred.
• 10 years HR Generalist experience incl. employee relations, compensation & benefits, compliance and policy governance.
• Minimum 5 years in a managerial or leadership capacity.
• Strong knowledge of compensation, benefits, HR systems, and organizational design.
• Proven ability to work with employees and managers at all levels and foster relationships.
• Excellent organizational, communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills.
• Advanced computer skills in Word, PowerPoint, Excel; HRIS experience.
• Lean/Continuous Improvement experience a plus.
• Team player aligned with METUS core values.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, execution, and improvement of HR operational processes.
• Govern policies; ensure clarity, compliance, and alignment with values.
• Identify gaps and implement scalable HR processes.
• Primary HRBP for Integrated Growth Teams (Sales leadership).
• Counsel leaders on policy interpretation and employee relations.
• Oversee investigations; ensure fair resolutions and risk mitigation.
• Guide performance reviews and annual goal setting.
• Maintain accurate job descriptions and support job evaluation with Talent Team.
• Ensure adherence to employment laws; monitor regulatory changes.
• Lead HR and Total Rewards teams; partner with Talent Team on strategy.
• Support lean transformation and cross-functional projects.
• Travel up to 25% for meetings and training.
