Job summary

NTT DATA Services is seeking an HR Operations & Admin Senior Analyst to support HR processes for our Canada team. You will assist with new employee orientations, maintain personnel files and ensure compliance with documentation requirements.

Responsibilities include HRIS data entry in SAP/SuccessFactors, handling Tier One inquiries, processing HR transactions, audits, and generating routine reports. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of HR processes, programs and policies.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of Canadian employment legislation.
• Proficient organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Filing and inventories experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; handle confidential information.
• MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint).

Responsibilities

• Assist with New Employee Orientations and ensure complete personnel files.
• Perform HR-related activities in HRIS tools (SAP/SuccessFactors).
• Audit documents for internal/external audits or legal requirements.
• Assist with Tier One inquiries (policy content, leave questions, life insurance).
• Process HR transactions per SOP and maintain data in systems.
• Handle calls and emails from employees and HR staff; respond to tickets.
• Enter/maintain data in HR core systems; support new hire setup.
• Open to new business processes and systems adaptation.
• Prepare standard weekly/monthly reports.
