Job summary

North Tarrant Infrastructure, LLC, a Ferrovial Group company, is seeking a Human Resources Manager for the Fort Worth project. You will partner with leadership to drive HR strategy and deliver services including recruitment, compensation, benefits, payroll, and employee development on the NTE extension project.

You will lead annual performance reviews, ensure compliance with federal and state laws, manage immigration and vendor relationships, and shape a competitive compensation plan to retain

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field preferred.
• PHR certification preferred.
• Experience with EEOC, TWC, DOL, DHS, and other regulatory bodies.
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience; 5+ years as generalist.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to drive HR strategy and services.
• Oversee recruitment, compensation, benefits and payroll.
• Lead performance management, training and succession planning.
• Ensure compliance with local, state and federal laws.
• Sponsor payroll with third-party providers.
