Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field; 3+ years in procurement/contract management.
Experience managing RFP processes and contract negotiations.
Proficient in MS Office and procurement documentation practices.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain procurement plans aligned with project timelines.
Collaborate with department managers to define scope and milestones.
Prepare RFPs with scope of work, bill of quantities, schedule and attachments.
Assist in compliance reporting and risk management documentation.
Execute procurement plans, define expectations and align stakeholders.
Analyze proposals for required elements and prepare price analyses.
Negotiate contract terms with vendors and clients; ensure accurate documentation.
Create and maintain contractual documents using approved templates and standards.
Ensure procurement records are complete and compliant with laws and policies.
Generate reports and conduct subcontractor evaluations for project oversight.
