You will partner with executives to support a safe, compliant, and productive workplace, handling employee relations, payroll, benefits, performance management, and HR administration.

The role blends strategic leadership with day-to-day HR operations, focusing on policy development, workforce planning, and safety programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Experience in HR for manufacturing, agricultural, or industrial settings preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Experience with HRIS, payroll, timekeeping, and MS Office preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR strategy and workforce planning in partnership with leadership and department managers.
• Advise managers on employee relations, performance management, and hiring decisions.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, retention, and staffing planning.
• Oversee payroll processing, timekeeping, pay changes, and payroll records.
• Manage compensation, benefits programs, and employee communications.
• Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook updates.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws and regulations.
• Oversee HR data, reporting, and confidential personnel information.
• Lead training, employee development, and engagement initiatives.
• Support safety and compliance programs with management.
• Coach supervisors on policy enforcement and leadership.
