Job summary

Lactalis US Yogurt, part of the Lactalis family, is hiring a Human Resources Manager for Brattleboro, VA. The role partners with plant leadership to strengthen workforce and operations, leading performance management, compensation, recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and talent development.

The Manager will monitor HR KPIs, drive continuous improvement, advise on HR strategies for a manufacturing environment, and report to the Plant Director with guidance from the Industrial HR Director.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred in HR or business.
• 4+ years HR experience; manufacturing/leadership preferred.
• SHRM or HRCI certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Guide plant HR priorities and support managers and employees.
• Manage talent acquisition, onboarding, performance, and compensation.
• Analyze HR metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure policy compliance and coordinate with legal and safety teams.
