Job summary

Bolder Foods in Niwot, CO is seeking an onsite Human Resources Manager to oversee HR operations for a fast-moving workforce, reporting to the CFO. You will lead onboarding, terminations, investigations, payroll, benefits, and compliance while ensuring policies and documentation are accurate.

You will manage a small team, build process efficiencies, partner with leadership on benefits renewals, and support seasonal workers and safety initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR generalist experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a food and beverage manufacturing environment.
• PHR or SPHR certification preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, terminations, investigations, workers’ compensation, payroll, and compliance.
• Manage recruitment for exempt and nonexempt roles and lead HR reporting on headcount and attrition.
• Lead terminations, performance improvement plans, and investigations in a timely manner.
• Administer Workers’ Compensation and OSHA postings; ensure FAMLI compliance.
• Draft job descriptions, manage org charts, and develop policy/process improvements with Executive Team.
• Supervise HR Coordinator and Seasonal Recruiting Specialist; support seasonal workers.
• Partner with leadership on benefits renewals and drive process efficiencies with AI prompts.
