• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years in employee relations or HR with knowledge of FMLA/ADA/FLSA.
• PHR or SPHR certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for employee concerns and resolve workplace issues.
• Investigate grievances, complaints, and disciplinary matters per policy.
• Guide managers on policies, labor laws, and leave programs.
• Manage leave programs and purchasing processes.
• Oversee onboarding training and conflict resolution workshops.
• Maintain records and prepare investigation reports.
