Search Solution Group is seeking a Human Resources Manager to oversee key HR programs and initiatives, serving as a strategic partner to site leadership and employees. This role will drive wellness, benefits education, employee training, talent assessment, and succession planning to support business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience.
• Direct people leadership or HR management experience required.
• Experience developing and implementing employee training strategies.
• Experience with talent assessment and succession planning.
• Experience in both union and nonunion work environments is a plus.
• Onsite manufacturing HR management experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee key HR programs including wellness and benefits enrollment and education.
• Partner with site leadership to develop and execute the site’s people strategy.
• Guide employees and leaders through organizational change management initiatives.
• Lead and support employee training strategies and implementation.
• Manage talent assessment and succession planning initiatives.
• Provide HR guidance on workplace policies, practices, and procedures.
• Coach employees and management through complex, difficult, and sensitive employee relations matters.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
