Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience.
  • Direct people leadership or HR management experience required.
  • Experience developing and implementing employee training strategies.
  • Experience with talent assessment and succession planning.
  • Experience in both union and nonunion work environments is a plus.
  • Onsite manufacturing HR management experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee key HR programs including wellness and benefits enrollment and education.
  • Partner with site leadership to develop and execute the site’s people strategy.
  • Guide employees and leaders through organizational change management initiatives.
  • Lead and support employee training strategies and implementation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee key HR programs and initiatives, including wellness, benefits enrollment, and benefits education.
  • Partner with site leadership to develop and execute the site’s people strategy and HR agenda.
  • Guide employees and leaders through organizational change management initiatives.
  • Lead and support employee training strategies and implementation.
  • Manage talent assessment and succession planning initiatives.
  • Provide HR guidance and support to employees and management on workplace policies, practices, and procedures.
  • Objectively coach employees and management through complex, difficult, and sensitive employee relations matters.
  • Provide recommendations for resolving employee and workplace issues in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.
  • Support employee engagement, development, retention, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
  • Partner with leadership on network-wide HR projects and initiatives.
  • Ensure HR programs and practices are consistently implemented and aligned with organizational standards.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee and company information.
  • Support payroll, employee benefits, personnel administration, and related HR processes.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Serve as a trusted HR resource for employees, managers, and site leadership.
  • Perform other HR-related duties and initiatives as assigned.
Requirements include
Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.
Experience
  • 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience.
  • Previous direct people leadership or HR management experience required.
  • Experience developing and implementing employee training strategies.
  • Experience with talent assessment and succession planning.
  • Experience in both union and nonunion work environments is a plus.
  • Onsite manufacturing HR management experience is strongly preferred.
