• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent; CHRL designation preferred.
• 5–10 years of senior HR experience.
• Proficient knowledge of HR functions and regulations.
• Experience in a unionized environment preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end HR service delivery and support to management and employees.
• Coordinate employee relations, policies, and government regulations.
• Analyze data, prepare reports, and make recommendations.
• Coach management and act as change agent to improve efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and safety standards.
• Liaise with unions, airport officials, and external agencies.
• Maintain up-to-date records and internal controls.
