• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; CHRL designation.
• 5–10 years of senior HR experience.
• Proficient knowledge of all HR functions and activities.
• Thorough knowledge of HR laws and federal regulations.
• Experience in a unionized environment preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end HR service delivery and advise management.
• Coordinate with management, unions, airport officials, and external agencies.
• Analyze data, prepare reports, and advise on HR issues.
• Counsel management and employees on policies and programs.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and safety standards.
• Provide coaching and drive efficiency improvements.
• Maintain records and relationships with external suppliers.
• Develop training and development for HR staff.
