Job summary

e.l.f. Beauty in the United States is seeking an HR & Legal Technology Operations Manager to lead the technology ecosystem supporting People and Legal.

This role partners with functional leaders, owns the HCM platform roadmap, stabilizes BambooHR, and drives AI/automation initiatives while ensuring governance and security.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, HR, or related field.
• 7+ years owning or supporting enterprise apps in a business-facing tech role.
• Proven Technology partner to leadership with ownership and standards.
• Experience stabilizing or optimizing an enterprise app environment.
• Experience with SaaS apps, data governance, and security.
• Knowledge of HR and Legal processes and tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary Technology partner to People and Legal organizations.
• Translate needs into scalable tech capabilities, roadmaps, and integrations.
• Align tech investments with enterprise standards and security.
• Stabilize BambooHR with governance and data quality.
• Own Tech landscape for HR and Legal applications.
• Evaluate AI and automation opportunities for processes.
