Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead Talent Acquisition and Workforce Planning internship program.
• Lead districtwide recruitment strategies and partnerships.
• Develop recruitment and retention strategies aligned with staffing needs.
• Build partnerships with universities and workforce organizations.
• Analyze workforce trends and recruitment data to support planning.
• Coordinate strategic HR programs and grant-funded projects.
• Prepare executive reports using workforce data.
• Supervise HR staff.
