Job summary

You will partner with leaders, Legal, and other stakeholders to ensure fair, ethical outcomes. The role will oversee employee relations, performance management, and talent development for a geographically dispersed client portfolio, while supporting a comprehensive benefits package and growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work experience.
• 5 years of progressive HR experience across multiple domains.
• Experience coaching leaders and advising on people decisions.
• Translate priorities into workforce and organizational actions.
• Use workforce analytics and feedback to shape decisions.
• Design or improve programs to boost organizational effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Translate business priorities into people and organizational strategies to drive growth.
• Provide guidance on employee relations and performance issues with stakeholders.
• Administer performance management and coach leaders on feedback and expectations.
• Use workforce data and trends to identify risks and influence decisions.
• Shape workforce plans, talent strategies, and development actions.
• Lead HR support for organizational change and sustaining trust.
• Serve as primary HR leader for the assigned office location and dispersed portfolio.
• Develop trusted relationships and tailor support to each situation.
• Advise leaders with candid counsel to navigate talent decisions.
• Facilitate talent reviews, succession discussions, and development planning.
• Build credibility by linking people decisions to business outcomes.
