Job summary

Combustion & Control Solutions (CCS) is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead all HR and payroll functions across the organization, serving as the primary HR resource for employees, supervisors, managers, and company leadership at CCS locations.

The HR Manager will handle employee relations, payroll, recruiting, onboarding, benefits, compliance, policy administration, performance management, training, and workforce development.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in HR management or senior HR generalist role.
• Experience supporting blue-collar workforces.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and compliance.
• Proven ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all HR functions across the organization.
• Advise CEO and leadership on employee relations and organizational development.
• Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures.
• Partner with leadership on employee retention, engagement, succession planning, and company growth initiatives.
• Ensure consistent application of company policies and employment practices across all locations.
• Oversee payroll administration and benefits.
• Coordinate recruiting and onboarding, and support workforce development.
