Job summary

Eaton's EPG CHD EP Americas division is seeking a HR Manager for the Amarillo, TX facility. This onsite role includes relocation within the United States. The site employs about 150 team members in a thriving iron foundry serving diverse parts.

The Senior Human Resource Manager will partner with site leadership to attract, develop and retain talent, ensure compliant HR practices, and drive a high-performance culture aligned with business objectives. Salary range is provided for guidance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum five years of professional human resources and/or employee relations experience.
• Eaton will not sponsor immigration for CPT, OPT, H-1B or other visa programs.
• Master’s degree preferred in business or HR.
• Professional HR Certification (PHR or SPHR) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic HR partner to Amarillo, TX operations leadership.
• Drive HR functional excellence through Eaton programs, Business System alignment, and best-practice sharing.
• Develop, implement and maintain compliant HR policies, practices, records, and operating review processes.
• Oversee staffing, talent management, succession planning, organizational effectiveness, and employee development.
• Guide performance management, leadership coaching, employee engagement, recognition and retention efforts.
• Lead employee relations across hourly and salaried populations, including investigations and corrective action.
• Administer compensation practices and generate reports for regulatory, budgeting and auditing purposes; promote safety and wellness initiatives.
