Job summary

Precision Planting seeks a Global HR Director to lead comprehensive HR partnerships for the Precision Planting business. You will provide strategic HR leadership, partner with business leaders, and drive HR initiatives including employee relations, development, and succession planning.

You will manage a global HR team, oversee talent acquisition and retention strategies, and lead due diligence for M&A. This role shapes the HR strategy and company culture across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field.
• 8-12 years of Human Resources experience.
• Global HR experience with 2-4 years as Global HR Business Partner.
• Knowledge of HR practices, policies, and programs.
• Experience coaching and developing leadership across multiple levels.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with all levels of staff.
• Ability to analyze information and make quick, accurate decisions.

Responsibilities

• Act as a business partner to the Precision Planting business.
• Define and manage the talent acquisition strategy and processes.
• Define and implement talent management to drive retention, recruitment, and development.
• Provide ongoing coaching and consultation to people managers.
• Lead a team of HR professionals supporting the business.
• Ensure effective leadership and HR processes including performance reviews and succession planning.
• Lead HR staff as business partners aligned with company strategy.
• Perform HR due diligence for M&A activities within Precision Planting.
• Manage staffing and headcount budget for Precision Planting.
• Support leadership in cultivating the company culture.
