Job summary

Velo3D, Inc. is seeking an experienced HR leader to drive operations, strategy, and people programs in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. You will shape policies, drive workforce planning, and support leaders across the organization.

The role requires deep knowledge of California employment law, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to scale HR infrastructure. This on-site position may require travel to Livermore, CA up to 30% and offers competitive base pay plus benefits and equity

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field or equivalent experience.
• SHRM-SCP or HRBP certification is a plus.
• Experience with manufacturing/operations-heavy environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute HR operations, policies, and workforce planning.
• Manage employee relations, investigations, performance management, and coaching.
• Partner with TA on recruiting, onboarding, promotions, and development.
• Develop compensation, benefits, equity programs, and job leveling.
• Manage HR systems, data integrity, reporting, and process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with federal and CA employment laws and company policies.
