Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR/Business Administration required; Master's preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including executive-level roles.
• Experience scaling organizations in high-growth tech, manufacturing, or engineering environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive people strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Advise CEO on organizational design, workforce planning, and culture.
• Build infrastructure, talent programs, and HR processes to scale the company.
• Drive change management and organizational transformation.
• Oversee talent acquisition and workforce planning globally.
• Lead total rewards, compensation, benefits, and recognition.
