Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive HR experience with knowledge of employment laws.
• Travel up to 15%.
• Experience in employee relations, leadership development, recruiting, and performance management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.

Responsibilities

• Model and promote ITW core values and leadership expectations.
• Partner with managers to drive engagement, performance, and org effectiveness.
• Lead end-to-end talent acquisition and onboarding.
• Develop internal talent pipelines and succession planning.
• Ensure HR operations compliance with laws and policies.
• Collaborate with campus HR and HRIS for policy alignment.
