Job summary

ITW is seeking a Senior HR Generalist to support the Power Systems Division - Operations. The role focuses on partnering with leaders to drive engagement, culture, and performance while delivering critical HR programs and processes.

You will handle employee relations, recruiting coordination, onboarding, performance management, and development planning, ensuring policy compliance and a superior employee experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Strong experience in employee relations, coaching, and advising leaders at multiple levels.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR partner for the operations team, aligning HR initiatives with business priorities.
• Partner with managers to drive employee engagement, retention, and team effectiveness.
• Manage employee relations, investigations, coaching, and conflict resolution.
• Oversee full-cycle talent processes including recruiting, onboarding, performance management.
• Own the division's Leave of Absence process and payroll liaison responsibilities.
