Job summary

IEM is seeking an HR Manager to provide strategic and operational HR leadership for its San Antonio manufacturing facility. You will act as a trusted advisor to operations leadership, lead site HR teams, and drive engagement, workforce effectiveness, and organizational growth.

You will manage employee relations, performance management, and compliance, while partnering with Talent Acquisition and Shared Services to deliver HR programs across shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business or related field.
• Minimum 5 years HR experience, with leadership in a multi-site facility.
• Strong knowledge of compensation, benefits and legal compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead site HR strategy and partner with operations leadership.
• Develop workforce planning, succession, and development programs.
• Manage employee investigations, coaching, and performance issues.
• Oversee talent acquisition partnerships and onboarding onsite.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
