Job summary

Crown Innovations is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations for a multi-state government contractor, based at Crown's headquarters in Arlington, Virginia. The role partners with executive leadership to build scalable HR programs and deliver an exceptional employee experience.

The ideal candidate will drive compliance, implement data-driven improvements, and advance HR technology across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, benefits, performance, and records

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
• Minimum five years of progressive HR management experience.
• Experience supporting a multi-state workforce.
• Government or Government contracting experience preferred.
• Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now.
• Experience administering HRIS and HR technologies.
• Thorough knowledge of employment laws (federal, state, local).
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication; interpersonal and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead, develop, coordinate, and improve HR policies, SOPs.
• Administer onboarding, records, benefits, leave, compensation, performance, relations, investigations and separations.
• Coordinate annual performance evaluations and compensation reviews.
• Manage benefits renewals and 401(k) plan administration.
• Maintain accurate employee records with confidentiality and regulatory compliance.
