Job summary

DICK'S Sporting Goods is seeking a Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis to lead the long-term financial modeling and annual budgeting processes. You will partner with executives to develop scenarios, analyze variances, and communicate risks and opportunities across the organization.

The role requires expert financial modeling, strong analytical thinking, and the ability to deliver clear written and verbal communications to senior leaders. Prior FP&A leadership in retail is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, or related field.
• 7–10 years total experience with 3–5 years in FP&A, corporate finance, or investor relations.
• Experience in retail, consumer products, or customer-focused industries is a plus.
• Mentorship or supervision of Financial Analysts or Rotational Program Associates may be required.
• Ability to manage fast-paced, fluid environments with tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead long-term planning and financial modeling for the company.
• Oversee annual operating plan budgeting and variance analysis.
• Develop executive-level reporting to support strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with senior leaders across Finance and Business units.
• Provide ad hoc analyses to identify risks and opportunities.
