Mace is seeking a senior HR professional to partner with business leaders on strategy, organisation and people plans in Austin. You will drive change, workforce planning, and recruitment initiatives, translating business goals into workforce actions.

You will use data insights to improve performance and inclusion, lead ER and wellbeing initiatives, and ensure compliant, future-ready people strategies across the full employee lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Senior HR professional with deep expertise across the full employee lifecycle.
• Advanced capability in people strategy, talent, reward, change and workforce planning.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and organisational design.
• Degree-level HR qualification and CIPD chartered membership (or equivalent).

Working with Business Unit Directors and their leadership teams on the delivery of strategic and operational plans, providing insight and input into the development of the business strategy and goals and translates into organisation and people plans.

You’ll Be Responsible For
