Job summary

• Lead HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, performance management, and employee relations.
• Advise supervisors and leadership on personnel matters, policies, and documentation; ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
• Support organizational restructuring, compensation review, succession planning, and workforce planning; maintain confidential records.
