Job summary

Arconic Tennessee Operations seeks a Labor Relations HR Business Partner to advise plant leadership on contract interpretation, employee relations, and policy enforcement in a high-volume manufacturing setting.

You will partner with operations, maintenance, staff, and union representatives to implement labor relations strategies that improve engagement, compliance, and operational efficiency while upholding Arconic values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of experience in labor relations or HR with union interaction.
• Experience in manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Advise Plant leadership on administration and application of CBA and policies.
• Maintain knowledge of legal requirements and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Work with all levels and union representatives to implement labor relations plans.
• Lead grievance processes and support arbitration as needed.
• Provide one-stop HR support for assigned departments with labor relations focus.
• Uphold employment practices compliant with laws and Arconic policies.
