Qualifications

• Eight or more years of experience in Human Capital, operations, program management, or related areas.
• Ability to translate priorities into coordinated execution across stakeholders.
• Experience preparing senior leaders for meetings and influencing without formal authority.

Responsibilities

• Translate priorities into coordinated plans and establish operating routines.
• Manage BHC leadership cadences and coordinate with Human Capital Centers of Expertise.
• Identify workflow breakdowns and design improved processes, handoffs, and decision rights.
• Prepare materials and briefings for key engagements and enterprise activities.
• Partner with HR for HR to address shared capability needs across the HRBP community.
