Aero Controls, LLC. is seeking an Employee Resource Center Manager to lead HR operations at our Auburn, WA location. You will drive compliance, org design, talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, employee relations, performance management and workers' comp programs.

You will also oversee the ERC Events team and coordinate internal communications, newsletters, and HRIS integration. The role requires strategic thinking, strong leadership, and a commitment to a positive work culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum six years in HR with 3–5 years of supervisory experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Canva.
• Experience with HRIS and HR data reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day HR operations and align with company goals.
• Oversee talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, and employee relations.
• Manage ERC events and internal communications.
• Implement HRIS and reporting to improve efficiency.
